Upgrade of interior and exterior lighting system

Our team managed the installation of high-efficiency LED lighting at 5 of the U.S. Army Garrisons Ansbach, Germany. This lighting upgrade significantly boosts energy efficiency, reducing operational costs and environmental impact. Along with improving visibility and safety, the system is designed to support long-term sustainability goals, aligning with the Army’s broader energy objectives. Additionally, our work included seamless coordination and oversight to ensure on-time project completion while meeting stringent quality and efficiency standards.

• Replacing or retrofiting about 35.000 lighting fixtures, achieving substantial energy savings.
• Project occured across five Garrisons totaling more than 6.9 million sq.ft.
• Our project documentation in Excel included over 15,000 rows, detailing every light fixture with complete data for precise tracking, specifications, and installation details. This approach ensured smooth project management and top-notch quality control.

We oversaw both the direct installation and project management for the LED lighting upgrade at the U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach, Germany. Our responsibilities included coordinating with subcontractors, managing timelines, producing comprehensive project documentation, and ensuring quality standards. By managing the complete process, we ensured seamless collaboration between all involved firms, timely delivery, and adherence to stringent quality and operational goals for a sustainable, efficient lighting solution that aligns with the Army’s energy-saving objectives.
